The Job Ready Program (JRP) supports Australia Awards Solomon Islands alumni and recent graduates to transition from study to employment. The program places successful participants with host organisations across government, private sector, NGOs, and community initiatives, providing hands-on workplace experience.

Through the program, participants develop practical skills, build workplace confidence, expand professional networks, and contribute to the objectives of their host organisations. The JRP also provides host organisations with access to talented and motivated graduates who bring new ideas and technical expertise.
